A Wonderful Precision Tool

We use Twisted Wave every day to edit public radio programs heard across the nation. Yes, we also use the the latest name-brand professional apps, but Twisted Wave rocks when we just want to record or edit quickly with no fuss. The large, uncluttered layout clearly displays just the right amount of information and options. Yet in the menus, there are many powerful timesaving features, like which make it easy to process a track with multiple plugins with just one click and then save that signal chain for future sessions.

The menu remembers your favorite plugins keeping them close at hand and lets you substitute your own key commands or those you learned from another program like Pro Tools.

As with any audio app, once in a while it hangs or crashes, but it does so gracefully, rebooting to where you were just prior to the disruption.
